The information and data provided by you will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, it may also be exercised by a legally authorized representative of the data subject. In such cases, documentation proving such representation must be provided.

Purposes of processing

The purpose of collecting and processing data, with your express consent, includes:

Customer data retention periods will vary depending on the service contracted. In any case, data will be kept for the minimum necessary period, and may be retained for up to 10 years.

Users subscribed to mailing lists or directly uploaded to social media pages or profiles will have their data kept until they withdraw consent or the service relationship ends.

Applicant data submitted via CV will be stored for a maximum of two years for future recruitment processes, unless the applicant objects.

Disclosure of information to third parties

We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required or where service provision requires a contractual relationship with a data processor, always under the conditions previously accepted by the user.

By contracting our services, the user agrees that some services may be partially or fully subcontracted to other individuals or companies acting as data processors, with whom appropriate confidentiality agreements have been established or who adhere to their respective privacy policies.
